SA International (SAi, Salt Lake City, Utah), a leading provider of software solutions for the signmaking, digital printing and CNC machining industries, has announced the appointment of Bobby Fosson as Channel Sales Manager for North America. The position will see Fosson, who has over 20 years of sign industry experience, “drive and develop relations with SAi’s extensive dealer and OEM channel partners, focusing on commercial support and training of sales and technical staff.” Fosson’s breadth and depth of expertise is reflected in the various roles he’s undertaken prior to his appointment at SAi. As well as 10-plus years working in sales and support with sign industry dealers, Fosson has experience in business management. The first came directly upon graduation from high school when he created his own sign company. More recently, he was owner and director of CS Sign Supply near Atlanta, Georgia.
“My objective is to serve as a dedicated and knowledgeable resource to SAi’s dealer and OEM channel, and ensure that I build strong partnerships with this community in order to fulfill their everyday needs,” he said. “Having worked with and supported SAi’s industry-leading Flexi software as an end-user, salesperson, technician and business owner, the opportunity to work directly for the company was an easy decision to make. One thing I’ve learned in my two decades in this industry, is that relationships are vital. So SAi’s ‘customer-first’ culture made me feel right at home.” Mark Blundell, CEO of SAi, added: “With his immense market and technical knowledge, as well as a thorough understanding of the specific needs of our partners and end-users, we naturally expect Bobby to add value immediately, and we’re delighted to welcome him to the SAi family.”
SAi is a global leader in providing software solutions, from design to production, for the signmaking, digital printing and CNC machining industries. SAi Flexi is the world’s number one software for signmaking and is found on more wide-format printers than any other RIP, said the company. In addition, it’s one of the leaders in the CNC machining market with its EnRoute CAD/CAM software.
