Komcan (Georgetown, Ontario), the only authorized distributor of Komori products and technology in Canada representing all of Komori’s products (both in digital and offset) from coast to coast, and finishing equipment specialist MBO America, have reached an agreement where Komcan Incorporated will be the sole authorized distributor of MBO equipment in Canada. The agreement will include the sale of equipment, parts supplies, and service of the full MBO equipment lines. Effective May 1, 2020, MBO became a wholly owned subsidiary of Komori under the new company name of MBO Postpress Solutions GmbH. This latest new agreement between Komcan and MBO America will allow Komcan “to match the industry-leading Komori offset and digital press lines, with an industry-leading finishing solutions.”
