Thirty years ago this month, Adobe introduced its flagship design software Adobe Illustrator. This groundbreaking software revolutionized the graphic arts industry – from radiograph pens to the first-ever vector graphics software – and played a significant role in the first digital publishing revolution. Today, more than 180 million graphics are created each month using Adobe Illustrator! To celebrate this milestone, I wanted to share with you three engaging and personal short videos that look at the evolution of the software, as well as the work it’s spawned worldwide. I’m confident you’ll enjoy these fascinating insights into a revolution that, as printers and designers, we too often take for granted. Each video is about 6 minutes long and well worth your time. Enjoy!
