Leading global print-inspection software specialist EyeC (Hamburg, Germany) has appointed Fernando Dablantes as its new Sales Representative for Canada. In addition to all sales activities, Dablantes will focus on the further development of EyeC across the country as well as expanding its distribution. He’ll also provide product data and product information and will be responsible for ongoing dialogue with existing customers as well as the acquisition of additional partners for the company in Canada. In his role as sales rep, he’ll be part of the management team for EyeC America and report directly to Dr. Jürgen Klicker, President of EyeC America.
After completing his studies as an Electromechanical Engineering Technician at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, Dablantes worked for several years as a technical sales rep at KOR Engineering in Oakville, Ontario. His responsibilities there included the expansion of customer-specific and industry-specific solutions for the label industry. He was also responsible for service calls, troubleshooting and training courses for the commissioning of technical equipment at various customer locations. During this time, he was able to build up a broad customer network and deepen cooperation with important partners from various industries.
