Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative) has appointed Kathy Popovich as its North American Director. She will lead the organization’s North American operations and activities and will also build Dscoop’s Global Partner Program, developing a value proposition that will ensure its partners’ integral participation with Dscoop in the years to come. Popovich will report to John Rogers, Global Executive Director of Dscoop and the North America Board of Directors. Founded in 2005, Dscoop is an independent community of HP Graphic technology users, thought leaders and technical professionals. An international organization, Dscoop serves members in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the Asia Pacific area and Japan.
Popovich brings more than two decades of professional experience in both agency and corporate organizations to her new role. Known for her focus on strategic planning, she has consistently helped the companies she has served meet their business goals and objectives. Over the past decade, she has held senior leadership and executive roles, blending strategy, creativity and collaboration across multiple disciplines to deliver results. As North American Director, Popovich will also lead the effort to build the new Dscoop organization in the region, while working with EMEA and APJ Regional Directors to formalize its global initiatives.

Popovich is a former member of the organization’s marketing committee and also served as the Marketing and Communications Director of ILS (Innovative Labeling Solutions), a Dscoop member. Most recently, she was the CMO for Prolanthropy, a management services firm providing turnkey foundation management services for marquee professional athletes nationwide. “I’m excited to be joining Dscoop as the North America Regional Director and am looking forward to working with the Board to lead the organization toward future growth,” she added. “As Dscoop has just celebrated its 10th year in existence, our focus will be on creating a roadmap for the future success of this dynamic and ever-evolving user community.”
