SA International (SAi, Salt Lake City, Utah), a leading provider of software solutions for the sign making, digital printing and CNC machining industries, has announced the promotion of Gudrun Bonte to Vice President of Product Management. Having established a solid career with SAi spanning more than 12 years, Bonte will draw on her wealth of experience in product management and development as she undertakes this latest appointment. Previously SAi Product Director since 2014, her new role will see her assume responsibilities for both the internal and external development of SAi’s software packages – among them the market-leading Flexi sign software, and the CAD/CAM design solution EnRoute. Leading a team of product managers, Bonte’s responsibilities will include the advancement and implementation of new product strategies, as well as the supervision of all software development activities.
“I want to continue to research and develop new groundbreaking tools that help build our customers’ businesses,” said Bonte. “To ensure that this is achieved, I’m keen to maintain the focus on nurturing our technical product management culture that strives for innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. It’s this approach that has enabled SAi to be a leader in the sign and print markets for so many years. Additionally, having recently published impressive milestone figures for SAi’s software-by-subscription initiative, I want to make sure that our solutions’ portfolio has what it takes to continue to meet the needs of users, and drive profitable growth for their businesses,” she added.

This collective experience makes her perfectly placed to fulfill our objectives for added-value innovation across our product groups.”
