Grenville acquires NCO Technologies

grenvillenco-inGrenville Management and Printing has acquired NCO Technologies. The combined company will now operate as NCOGrenville. Grenville Printing and Management has over 40 years of industry experience, with 650 employees operating in 98 locations throughout Alberta and Ontario. Its focus is on document management and facilities logistics. NCO Technologies is the largest dealer of Canon Imaging Systems in Ontario, and has been serving thousands of private and public sector clients for over 40 years as well.
Grenville added that the acquisition will have a dramatic impact on its ability to enhance the value of its client services. The new NCOGrenville will be able to provide both hardware and software solutions to help its customers create better document workflows aimed at improving efficiencies while reducing costs. It will offer a suite of on-site and off-site services to private and public sector businesses across Canada and said it “will continue our ongoing growth through expansion of ideas, technology and document solutions for existing and new clients.”
Previously based out of Newmarket, Ontario, NCO will be moving to its downtown Toronto and Markham, Ontario facilities. Its management, sales and support teams will remain in place and will “continue to provide their high level of service and support to our customers.”
