Grenville added that the acquisition will have a dramatic impact on its ability to enhance the value of its client services. The new NCOGrenville will be able to provide both hardware and software solutions to help its customers create better document workflows aimed at improving efficiencies while reducing costs. It will offer a suite of on-site and off-site services to private and public sector businesses across Canada and said it “will continue our ongoing growth through expansion of ideas, technology and document solutions for existing and new clients.”
Previously based out of Newmarket, Ontario, NCO will be moving to its downtown Toronto and Markham, Ontario facilities. Its management, sales and support teams will remain in place and will “continue to provide their high level of service and support to our customers.”
