Messagepoint partners with FCI CCM to expand market reach

Messagepoint (Toronto & Kitchener, Ontario), a leader in developing and delivering software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, has announced that it has partnered with FCI CCM, a global provider of CCM managed services. The move gives FCI distribution rights to the company’s award-winning hybrid cloud-based content management platform, Messagepoint. Under the terms of the agreement, FCI will offer the content management platform as part of its managed services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), as well as large enterprises in the banking, insurance, financial services, healthcare, utilities and telecom industries.

Messagepoint chose to partner with FCI because of FCI’s expertise in helping its customers manage their critical customer communications, as well as its proven success in the banking, financial services, insurance and other key markets. The agreement opens new opportunities to expand the geographical reach of Messagepoint globally.
