Appleton Coated (Combined Locks, WI) has expanded its Ethos Enhanced Inkjet options, adding 45, 50, 60, 70 and 80 lb. text to its existing 7-point and 9-point covers. Ethos offers a smooth, silk, coated-like feel that’s ideal for high-speed inkjet presses. Ethos Enhanced Inkjet has a high-bright, blue-white shade and is designed to provide enhanced image quality and improved colour vibrancy in comparison to standard uncoated inkjet papers, said the company. “Market feedback from inkjet press owners – utilizing both dye-based and pigment-based inks – has been uniformly positive.
