Nazdar Ink Technologies (Shawnee, Kansas) has announced the global availability of its new 770 Series of UV LED Inks, a general graphics inkset designed for heated, medium-viscosity print heads. The new series uses low-odour inks and components, can cure using both UV and LED technology, and is designed for the full range of roll-to-roll, hybrid and flatbed printers using Kyocera KJ4A print heads. The inks are ideal for multiple substrates – including reinforced vinyl banners, pressure-sensitive vinyl, window clings, polystyrene, flexible PVC, foam board, roll polycarbonate and flexible backlit media.
The inks have also been formulated to provide outdoor durability of up to two years when mounted vertically. “The 770 Series is covered by one of the most comprehensive warranties in the market, enabling businesses to confidently take advantage of the increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness of fully-field-tested alternative ink solutions,” said Josh Lutz, Nazdar’s Global Market Segment Manager for UV Digital Inkjet Inks.
