The one-day event, a joint venture of the Electronic Document Systems Association, Xplor International, and regional Xplor Canada, will cover the latest trends and best practices in Customer Communications Management (CCM).
Ernie Crawford, President and CEO of Crawford Technologies, will lead a discussion on How Organizations can Thrive in the Age of the Customer on October 24 at 1:30 p.m. Immediately following, Bob Gallant, Senior Director of Business Solutions at RR Donnelley Canada and Vice President of the Xplor Canadian Chapter, will present the educational session The Digital Revolution. This presentation will discuss the importance of leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience within stringent regulatory requirements, and in the face of inclusive and dynamic digital strategies.
