The Printing Industries Alliance has attracted representatives from the world’s top original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), technology leaders and service providers to speak at its Digital Print Think Tank Two in New York. The list of presentation sponsors includes EFI, Ricoh, Canon, Heidelberg, Xerox, HP and Konica Minolta, Komori, Screen and Xeikon. X-Rite/Pantone, Paper Mart, Lindenmeyer Munroe and Red Tie are non-presentation sponsors. Digital Print Think Tank Two will take place Wednesday, July 26 at Club 101, located at 101 Park Avenue (at 40th Street) in New York City. Mark Michelson, the event’s lead moderator, will be joined by expert panelists, speakers and presenters.
Marty Maloney, Executive Vice President of the Printing Industries Alliance, added: “In this single-day event, printers will be fully updated on the world of digital printing and be able to make side-by-side comparisons and find out which press should be their next digital purchase. They’ll see presentations, listen to panelists and have time to visit with the vendors as well as network with their peers.” The event will cut across all digital printing technologies – from the simplest to inkjet production. All applications will be discussed including direct mail, books, labels & packaging and wide-format graphics. The presentations will be interspersed by discussion panels that will include a panel of digital printers and also a panel of digital press manufacturers.
