The premiere Messagepoint 2017 Annual Users Conference took place at the historic Toronto Distillery District June 5-6. The Messagepoint hybrid cloud-based content management platform allows clients to control touchpoint messaging content and business rules driving the pace of change for customer-facing print and digital communications. The platform helps companies strengthen their customer communications by enabling business users to control the entire messaging lifecycle for all print or digital communications without burdening IT departments.
Keynote speaker was Craig Kielburger, co-founder of We Charity, a family of non-profits dedicated to the power of WE, a movement of millions of people around the globe coming together to change the world. He compared the beginnings of his now worldwide movement, which began with only 12 people, and their core values of caring and getting the correct message out (to customers and employees alike), to the strategies that the majority of successful companies use today – including Messagepoint.

Attendees explored the existing and future benefits of the platform, as well as some case studies across various industries on how Messagepoint has provided substantial workflow and productivity benefits while boosting ROI for these businesses. Topics included: how Messagepoint can effectively improve omni-channel communications; Messagepoint composition: The new face of CCM (Customer Communications Management); direct-marketing solutions, interactive/call centre communications; transactional communications; real-time/on-demand communications; Messagepoint Best Practices; and much more.
