Neopost launches new corporate identity

Neopost USA, an industry leader in the preparation, delivery and management of business communications and shipping services, has re-branded and introduced its newly redesigned corporate identity. NeoPost Canada’s head office is located in Markham, Ontario.
“Our new corporate identity, which includes a new logo and website, is a visual manifestation of our business strategy – developing digital communications management opportunities for our customers that complement our core mail industry business,” said Dennis P. LeStrange, Neopost USA’s President and Chief Executive Officer (pictured previously).
neopostrebranding-in“Our customers work in a fast-moving business environment in which multi-channel business communication is the norm. They send more packages more frequently than ever before. They adopt new technologies, new media and new channels of communications almost instantly, which is essential for them to remain competitive and responsive to consumer demands. Neopost USA’s role is to adapt, change and move in the same direction as our customers. Neopost is a partner who will guide them through business communications changes and help them prosper in the complex world of digital, on-demand communication.”
The company’s new logo is a combination of several corporate and artistic concepts, said the company. It evokes multiple and positive images and concepts including physical mail, email, a stylized infinity sign, a creator of links and connections, as well as an experienced networker. This reflects its mission to create never-ending interactions by sending “the right message to the right person via the right channel.”
The rebranding was created by the design agency CBA. Founded in 1982 in Paris, France, CBA is part of the WPP Group – the worldwide leader in marketing services with 11 offices around the world and more than 250 consultants.
Neopost provides mailing, business communications management and shipping hardware and software solutions. Recognizing the decline of printed mail affecting its core revenue streams, Neopost made strategic moves to adapt, including key acquisitions (e.g. GMC Software) to allow the company to expand into the digital delivery space. During this time, the company maintained quarterly margins of 24% and 6.2% sales growth in 2014. Neopost USA’s new digital communications and shipping revenue streams are predicted to comprise 20% of sales revenue by 2017.
