Danish press manufacturer Nilpeter has made major enhancements to its Panorama digital packaging line. This includes a complete re-design of the Panorama’s converting and flexo printing units as well as a major update of the press’ software. The digital hybrid configurations cover a wide variety of customer needs and requirements – from stand-alone to all-round and value-added Panorama hybrids. For example, The Nilpeter Panorama in a new, value-added digital hybrid configuration, features digital Inkjet, flexo units, an FP-4 unit for hot foil and embossing, a semi-rotative die unit, and a smart matrix unit.

“There’s no single technology that can cover all applications,” said Jakob Landberg, Sales & Marketing Director at Nilpeter A/S. “Now, with the improved Panorama, we can deliver highly reliable and productive digital printing and finishing applications using automation systems, creating results that meet brand-owners’ expectations.” Landberg add that all configurations can be expanded at any time. “A big part of our strength lies in our ability to create, optimize and integrate production solutions for any tasks our customers may require. That’s why all Panorama configurations are completely modular, and can be installed, modified and expanded at any time – even at a later stage, if the customer needs a different workflow.”
