Spiel Associates to showcase Sterling Digibinder PUR Plus at Print 17

Spiel Associates (booth 220) will be featuring, among other cutting-edge finishing technologies, its Sterling Digibinder PUR Plus – a fully-automated PUR perfect binder that can bind up to 500 books per hour up to 2” (50 mm) thick. A colour touchscreen facilities the ease of set-up via an automatic book thickness gauge. The book size, the clamp (with an integrated jogger) and the nipper, then adjust automatically.
The PUR Plus includes an automatic cover feeder with two double-scoring wheels for hinge scoring. The cover feeder and scoring blades set up automatically through its touchscreen.
