Ultimaker, a leading 3D printer manufacturer based in Geldermalsen, Netherlands, has launched two new 3D printers – the new Ultimaker 2+ and Ultimaker 2 Extended+ are both based on the company’s popular Ultimaker 2 family of 3D printers.
Ultimaker provides tools to efficiently support a full infrastructure of 3D printers, software and materials, strengthened by integration with key industry partners such as Solidworks, Spark, the 3MF Consortium and leading global manufacturers. More innovations are expected in 2016, said the OEM.
“We’re excited to release two new 3D printers at CES this year,” said Jos Burger, Chief Executive Officer of Ultimaker. “The Ultimaker 2+ and Ultimaker 2 Extended+ are the results of countless collaborations and insightful feedback we’ve received from the Ultimaker community. Both printers feature crucial upgrades based on what our customers are looking for in a 3D printer.”
