Crawford Tech introduces PRO Capture for EMC Captiva

Toronto-based Crawford Technologies has released a unique software solution for the EMC Captiva Capture Server that radically changes the long-established scanning and optical character recognition (OCR) process. PRO Capture for EMC Captiva changes the way large organizations capture data, evolving from the use of scanning paper to digital files. Until now, processing of digitally-created PDF files relied upon converting them into images and then using optical character recognition technology to extract information.
