Eliminating designer pain points with presentation management strategies

  • Organization-wide updates. The ability to push all current, compliant content to whomever needs it, means no more emails that ask “can you send me this product logo?” or “is this sales table up to date?” Organization-wide updates guarantee that employees only have access to the best and latest content that’s already been approved and been proven to convert leads into sales.
  • Forced messaging. Crucial to compliance as well, forced messaging ensures that proper disclosures always follow the necessary statements, and that the right image is in the right place when presenting, for example, a case study.
