“With our continued expansion into the grand-format workflow market, we’re pleased to build this new relationship for our Griffin workflow solution with MCT, whose principals have been involved with developing firsts for digital finishing since 1999,” said Sagen de Jonge, CEO of Tilia Labs.
Griffin for TigerVision is built using Tilia’s powerful Phoenix nesting engine and features:
- Simple design and minimal training
- True shape nesting with any rotation
- Highly responsive user interface
- Barcodes, camera register marks and eyelet marks
According to Steen Mikkelsen, MCT’s CEO, “this new software capability, integrated with MCT’s new TigerVision machine control and vision software, allows designers to accurately nest graphics for print jobs with simplicity of operation and complete control of placement to minimize waste.”
MCT also said that the new software capabilities MCT will be demonstrating at SGIA with Tilia Labs for nesting and workflow, coupled with a new parametric design software Tiger Pack, will bring its VersaTech product line into full compliance with competitive finishing solutions.
