Mutoh America, a leader in wide-format inkjet printers and cutters, has unveiled its new ValueJet 626UF. The new VJ626UF 19” x 23” UV-LED Flatbed Printer has an expanded print width and depth “and is even more versatile” with an optional rotary attachment for printing on cylindrical items. The VJ626UF provides “outstanding performance and versatility at a competitive price,” said the OEM. It offers users the ability to print with CMYK or CMYK plus white and varnish ink for added textures and the ability to print on non-white colours. The printer also comes standard with a vacuum table and stand for easier handling.
“The ValueJet 626UF will further expand our UV-LED printer line,” said Brian Phipps, President of Mutoh America. “From promotional items, directional signage, awards, specialty, labels and packaging prototypes, the ValueJet 626UF will expand a print shop’s production capabilities and product offerings.”
Additional features of the printer include 1,440 dpi resolution, maximum material size of 19” x 23.3” x 5.9”D and a maximum print size of 18.6” x 23” x 5.9”D. Ink capabilities include 4-colour or 6-colour (CMYK or CMYK white and varnish), using 220ml UV-LED ink, Mutoh Edition FlexiSign & Print Software, and Smart Printing technology that includes Intelligent Interweave printing that virtually eliminates banding, as well as the ValueJet Status Monitor app for mobile printer monitoring.
