Printers and students honoured at IAPHC’s 2015 annual Gallery of Excellence Awards

The International and Toronto Club of Printing House Craftsmen (IAPHC) Gallery of Excellence Annual Awards Night took place Thursday evening April 9 at the elegant Duncan House of Fine Dining in Toronto. The event was hosted by Bill Kidd, President of the Toronto Club of Printing House Craftsmen. The Toronto Chapter donates Graphic Communications Scholarships annually totaling over $10,000 in support of Canada’s future workforce in the printing and graphic arts industry.
The evening, as always, featured a sumptuous menu as visitors made new friends and said hello to old acquaintances. But it was the numerous well-deserved awards won by both printers and students in dozens of categories during 2014 that were the highlights of the evening. Special mention to Ryerson University’s RyeTAGA group, who received $1,000 from IAPHC to help finance its trip last month to Albuquerque, New Mexico to attend TAGA’s 67th Annual Technical Conference and present its 2015 Journal. We congratulate all the winners and the IAPHC under Bill’s leadership for its hard work. Here are the Toronto and International Gallery of Superb Printing Awards Winners for 2014:
