On the heels of its announcement last week that 4over has entered the 3-D printing marketplace (as the first trade printer to offer 3-D printing technology as a service out of the company’s Glendale, California headquarters), the company has revealed that it will now be offering same-day digital jet envelope printing services beginning in June.
“We’ll be offering same-day service on small runs of envelope printing and also to support our full in-house traditional litho printed and diecut/formed window and regular envelopes,” said Mississauga, Ontario Plant Manager Paul Kett. “The product will allow full coverage and also full bleed and should be available in June.”
The California-based trade printer officially opened its new 50,000-square-foot Canadian production facility in April of 2012, though it actually began producing work in December of 2011. Since its inception in 2001, 4over has experienced double-digit and triple-digit growth annually – unheard-of in the trade printing industry. The company has expanded from a single building in 2001 to multiple facilities in California, Ohio, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Illinois, New Jersey, and of course, Canada.
