Winners of annual Tabbie Awards released

tabbie2015awards-inThe Tabbies is a renowned editorial and design awards program run by Trade, Association and Business Publications International (TABPI) open to English-language b2b publications worldwide, published at least quarterly. Now in its second decade, the 2015 Tabbie Awards featured more than 400 entries with nominations coming from the Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and South Africa.
Highlighting the “Best Single Issue” category (the competition’s most comprehensive) are entries from Police Journal, Professional Photographer, and restaurant development + design, which took the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards respectively. The Top 25 of the “Best Single Issue” category include Electrical Contractor, Entrepreneur Magazine South Africa, Event Marketer, GPSolo Magazine, JCK Magazine, Law Enforcement Technology, Lighting Design + Application, Payments Cards and Mobile, SC Magazine, StateTech Magazine, Techniques, ThinkSales, and Wood Design and Building.
tabbie2015awards1-inGold Design Award winners are: Australian Baking Business for Feature Design; Pensions & Investments for Front Cover, Digital Imagery; Singapore Nautilus for Front Cover, Illustration; Australian Pharmacist for Front Cover, Photograph; UDI NSW Austral Bricks Awards for Excellence for Front Cover, Special Issue; and The Australian Retailer for Opening Page or Spread.
Gold Editorial Wward winners are: INDESIGN for Department and How-To Article; EXHIBITOR for Editor’s Column; INSTORE for Feature Article; Police Journal for Focus/Profile Article; E&T for Regular Column and Special Section; and NCAA Champion for Technical Article.
Gold Online Award winners are: TravelAge West for Best b2b Website; Pizza Today for Best Use of Social Media and Contingent Workforce Strategies for E-Newsletter.
Magazines that took home five or more awards are BizEd Magazine, E&T, HousingWire Magazine, NCAA Champion and Pizza Today.
