It’s traditionally billed as the C.J. Social, but it’s much, much more than that – it’s a wonderful family affair with great food and great camaraderie that raises money for worthwhile causes! More than 1,500 guests are expected to attend this year’s event at Etobicoke’s C.J. Graphics, a company that has won more awards than any other printer in North America – and continues to win awards virtually every year.
During the evening, friends, fabulous food and refreshments, and both live and silent auctions will be held with all proceeds going to the C.J. Skateboard Park & School founded by C.J. Graphics’ President and Founder Jay Mandarino. The park is a not-for-profit facility offering year-round, supervised skateboarding, as well as lessons, camps and classes to all children in the community, including those with special needs. At the event, Mandarino will once again double as host and auctioneer and asked those in attendance to “lend a hand by raising yours.” Also in attendance will be hard-working volunteers from the Daily Bread Food Bank who will accept donations.
So please mark Friday, December 4 on your calendar and join members of C.J.’s family, neighbourhood children and families that use the park, volunteers and their families, employees from the C.J. Graphics family of graphic arts professionals, and even competitors. The party and fundraiser will begin at 5 pm and end at 9 pm.
