2015 SGIA Expo shatters East Coast attendance record

This year’s Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) Expo in Atlanta, Georgia November 4 – 6 attracted more than 23,000 registered participants – a new East Coast record! “On the tradeshow floor, some of the biggest names in the industry hosted worldwide debuts of new printer lines, high-tech inks and never-before-seen applications,” said show officials. “Exhibitors at every turn were showing off how quickly their machine could finish a garment, display the most accurate colour on outdoor banners, or showcase the newest technique in dye sublimation. Exhibitors reported a lot of high-quality contacts as well as sales.”
The 2016 SGIA Expo is scheduled for Las Vegas, Nevada, September 14 – 16. The organization added that the 2016 show “will once again will bring together the industry’s widest array of qualified and educated attendees to experience unrivaled technology, markets and opportunities. This unparalleled show will showcase their best products, methodologies and innovative applications. Tens of thousands of attendees will explore wall-to-wall exhibitor booths and meet with colleagues, competitors, customers and potential clients. As usual, the Expo will offer critical networking opportunities at the Expo’s community receptions and educational presentations. Exhibitors will get in on the action at the Product of the Year competition where winners gain international recognition.”
