Attendance at the ISA’s recently concluded 2016 International Sign Expo has exceeded 20,044 – making it the largest ISA Sign Expo in a decade and the largest ever held in Orlando, Florida. The 200,000-square-foot tradeshow floor was sold out as early as February with nearly 600 exhibitors.
“The energy on the tradeshow floor was palpable,” said Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO. “Exhibitors reported that sales were outstanding. Both of those are an indication of the positive outlook that attendees hold for the sign and graphics industry.”
The annual event alternates between Orlando, Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada with the west coast events typically attracting a slightly larger number of visitors, said ISA. However, 2016 still ranks as the second largest event in its history.
