Heidelberg’s Performance Services are designed to analyze where printers are currently, versus where they could be to better reach their future business goals. Using objective data collected directly from the press itself, coupled with a detailed analysis of production, Heidelberg consultants and press instructors develop a comprehensive, customized program to drive output and reduce waste.
The press manufacturer tailors the training and performance services to fit a customer’s specific production issues and needs. These are combined in its Performance Plus program to optimize and sustain the performance of a print shop with identified goals and outcomes. Some of the current, combined programs include:

- Workflow Analysis assessing the current workflow, eliminating redundant steps and automating processes where applicable.
