Print Audit (Calgary, Alberta), one of the world’s most comprehensive providers of Managed Print Services toolsets, has won the prestigious leadership award as MPS Software Provider for 2016 from The Managed Print Services Association (MPSA). Print Audit is the only provider of RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) services tools for Managed Print that provides device, user, document-level and BI Dashboards. Toolsets include Print Audit Facilities Manager, Print Audit 6, Print Audit Secure, Print Audit Embedded, and Print Audit Insight BI.
Print Audit is also the first RMM to provide tools and educational tracks for office equipment dealers and others that allows them to offer SBB (Seat-Based Billing) sales and delivery options for Managed Print. SBB or Per-User Billing is similar to the per-device pricing model. The difference is that the flat fee is billed per end-user per month and covers support for all devices used by each end user. This could involve, for example, supporting an office PC, laptop, PDA or smartphone, home PC and connectivity, and communication from hotels or kiosks while traveling.

“This year, the MPSA received applications from around the globe from the very best in Managed Print. The competition for the software category was higher than ever, pushing our judging panel to the fringes of work activity and evaluative disciplines,” said Kevin DeYoung, President & CEO of Qualpath and President of the MPSA. “To say that it’s a great honour to be deemed the best is an understatement. Print Audit should be very proud of this great achievement as it separated itself from all others.”
“Everybody at Print Audit is proud to accept the MPSA’s award of distinction for our managed print toolsets and programs,” said West McDonald, Vice President of Business Development for Print Audit. “The MPSA has always been a shining light in the office equipment industry, and we know that their standards are extremely high. We couldn’t be happier to be a member of the MPSA and to receive this distinction.”
