Messagepoint, formerly Prinova, (Toronto and Kitchener, Ontario), a leader in developing and delivering software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, has appointed long-time customer communications industry leader Patrick Kehoe to the position of Executive Vice President of Product Management. In his new role, Kehoe will drive product strategy in collaboration with Messagepoint’s product development team. He brings more than 25 years’ experience delivering business solutions for document processing, customer communications and content management. Prior to joining Messagepoint, Kehoe held the position of Worldwide Head of OpenText Exstream. With Exstream, he held leadership roles in Product Management and Marketing where he managed, developed and delivered comprehensive solutions – including BPO for customers in healthcare, financial services, banking, manufacturing and the retail/distribution markets.
