Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions North America (Mentor, Ohio) – a provider of vinyl products and solutions for the fleet, architecture and transportation markets – has hired three experienced management-level employees – Cody Becker, Grant Bertoson and Frank Herchick.
Becker is now the Regional Manager for Western North America. His territory will cover British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as Oregon and Washington in the United States. Becker has 16 years of experience in commercial print, graphics, equipment sales and distribution, and will provide channel partner support and business development in the regions to increase sales. He will also conduct material and application training for customers, converters and channel partners.
Bertoson is now the Regional Manager for Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. He started in the graphics industry in 2008, managing a printing business in San Diego, California. His responsibility will be to drive growth through sales and demand, while assisting in the generation of Avery Dennison products and the support of channel partners.
Herchick is now the Business Development Manager for the Central Region of North America. He previously worked with Safeguard Properties, a mortgage field services company based in Cleveland, Ohio, overseeing its growth from a regional preservation company to a national entity providing services in 50 states, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
He’ll work in end-user marketing and brand management to impact profitability through brand recognition. He’ll also be responsible for identifying strategic partnerships to work toward fulfilling unmet customer needs.
