KBA North America has appointed Jeffrey R. Dietz as the new Vice President of its Web and Specialty Press Division. In this new role, he’ll assume responsibilities for Flexotecnica CI presses, RotaJET digital inkjet web presses, newspaper presses, metal print presses, and the new corrugated packaging product lines. Dietz will also be responsible for sales, parts and service in each of these areas.
“We welcome Jeff to this very important position in our company,” said Mark Hischar, President and CEO of KBA North America. “We’re fortunate to have someone with his broad experience join our executive team here in Dallas. We’re confident that his innovative ideas and successful track record will maintain our company’s extraordinary growth from these new product lines. He’ll be a valuable and important addition to our customers and KBA.”
Dietz brings a diverse background to his new role at KBA. His most recent position was as Vice President of Sales for a European-based anilox roller manufacturer serving all of KBA’s critical target industries. Prior to that, he worked for major European and American companies in printing and packaging areas including digital printing, finishing equipment and materials handling. Dietz started his career working in a training program for a commercial web-press manufacturer where he was involved in all aspects of the business – including service and installations. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from California University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Ohio University. He also earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Advanced Management from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dietz will be based out of KBA’s North American headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
