Technical and card production professionals seeking to drive profitability through improved production efficiency and higher quality, are invited to attend CardTREX North America June 13-14 at the Omni Richmond Hotel in Richmond, Virginia. The International Card Manufacturers Association’s (ICMA) CardTREX North America will feature a half-day workshop on production efficiencies, as well as education on security inks and card materials. Supplier tabletop exhibits will provide a chance to select outstanding products as well as networking opportunities. Attendees will get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of Klöckner Pentaplast of America’s manufacturing facility to see how card film is produced – including a brief company overview, core film calendaring, overlay film calendaring, sheeting, slitting and packaging. Show organizer ICMA (a global trade association for card manufacturers, personalizers, issuers and suppliers) will provide activities including industry roundtables, card-focused education and trends analysis, and multiple networking events. ICMA will also offer ACE industry certification training and exams.
