Industry steps up to support new SGIA FP3 Conference in 2018

Five industry-leading companies have already stepped forward to sponsor FP3 – the new Functional Printing, Process and Products Conference. The latest event from the SGIA (Specialty Graphic Imaging Association, Fairfax, Virginia) will delve deeply these three important areas. Sponsors to date include The M&R Companies (Diamond Level) and Fujifilm, Memcon, Mimaki and Proell (Platinum Level). The dynamic new event for thought leaders in functional printing will come to the Chicago area June 4 – 6, 2018, and will also include a tour of Diamond-level sponsor M&R Companies’ local facilities.
In addition to the plant tour, the robust, peer-reviewed agenda will feature three educational tracks – industrial technologies, business strategies and printed electronics. “But what makes FP3 stand out are its opportunities for networking, including a small tradeshow component where manufacturers and printers can connect,” said the SGIA.

“Just like cooperation and collaboration are key to innovation in manufacturing and functional printing, they’re also the core of FP3,” said Joyia Marshall, Community Development Manager at SGIA. “Companies in this community may be competitors, but they’re also innovation partners. Whether they’re networking or in educational sessions, attendees will find the innovations they need to take their products, processes and businesses to the next level.”
FP3 will take place at the Westin Chicago Northwest Hotel in Itasca, Illinois, June 4-6, 2018. For an alert when registration opens, please visit www.FP3Conference.com.
