ICP Industrial Inc. (Itasca, Illinois), a division of Innovative Chemical Products Group (the ICP Group), and a global leader in specialty coatings for the packaging, labeling and printing industries (with leading brands Nicoat and MinusNine Technologies), has announced the formation of ICP Industrial Canada Inc. along with a strategic partnership with Divicor – a manufacturers’ representative firm based in Montreal, Quebec servicing the Canadian market. With manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico, the additional footprint in Canada will serve as a compliment to its international growth strategy. By forming ICP Industrial Canada, the company added, the group will also have the ability to better service its growing customer base and offer “an unmatched” product portfolio.
