CHILI publish has hired graphical software expert John Arnsdorf as Product Marketing Manager. Arnsdorf brings vast experience with software automation, implementation and optimization at printing houses, advertising agencies and DAM vendors to his new role. The company added that his first-hand experience with the rollout of personalization software at companies of different sizes worldwide, will bolster CHILI publisher’s position as the go-to software for smart artwork and marketing materials’ creation for packaging printers, brands and agencies worldwide.
Arnsdorf started his career in a family-owned printing business, learning the trade from the production floor up. He quickly identified the advantages of business transformation through optimization when working at an advertising agency, and subsequently decided to pursue his true passion – technology that enabled graphical automation and supported the delivery of personalization at scale. When the opportunity presented itself, he switched industries and moved from working at a marketing-services provider, to working in global product marketing for technology provider XMPie. After a brief foray in DAM to acquaint himself with the full marketing tech stack, he also acted as an independent consultant and contractor, working with clients such as Philips on software acquisition and implementation. In his new position as Product Marketing Manager, he plans to create a go-to-market strategy to help customers and prospects solve the challenges they face, improve their efficiency and effectiveness, and innovate and excel in a competitive marketplace. He’ll operate locally from CHILI publish’s U.S. office in Chicago, Illinois and the Belgium office in Aalst, as well as internationally by traveling and visiting tradeshows and customer installations.

“Smart templates have drastically reduced repetitive manual labour in the production of graphics,” said Kevin Goeminne, CEO at CHILI publish. “That’s why CHILI publisher is experiencing a steep growth path with implementations worldwide at brands, big and small. This has challenged and optimized our solution’s DNA, its narrative towards our community, and its application range. We need someone to help us maximize the opportunities that come with such growth and expansion. We couldn’t have found a better fit than John. He knows print, he knows brands, he speaks tech and breathes business optimization,” Goeminne added.
