Heidelberg USA adds industry veteran Dr. Mark Bohan to its Business Consulting Team

Dr. Mark Bohan has officially joined Heidelberg USA as a business consultant and will report directly to Business Consulting Director Oliver Demus. “I’m very excited to be joining a world-leading organization, and bringing value to existing and new customers through new business development programs,” said Dr. Bohan. “It’s a great time to be in the communications industry and Heidelberg brings many effective, unique and innovative solutions to improve customer profitability throughout the entire production ecosystem.” Dr. Bohan brings 25 years of experience in the graphic communications industry. In his previous role, he served for 11 years as Vice President of Technology and Research at Printing Industries of America (PIA), the world’s largest graphic arts trade association.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bohan has established a deep understanding of the business and technology that drives revenue growth for printing companies. He’s particularly knowledgeable in developing leading-edge research and training programs and assessing technology impacts against business needs. He’s also closely involved with developments in process control, automation and industry standards. “We’re thrilled to have Mark join the team because of all of the knowledge and experience that he brings,” Demus added. “We believe that pairing our industry expertise with his comprehensive background will allow us to broaden our consulting portfolio to better serve our customers.”
