Zünd America has named industry veteran Jay Lalonde to lead its sales efforts in Canada. In his new role, Lalonde will focus on driving sales and increasing revenue by identifying new opportunities here. He’ll also build on relationships with current Zünd customers and resellers across the country.
Lalonde has over 25 years’ experience in the printing industry, including seven years with Fujifilm Canada as its Product and Inventory Manager and Product Marketing Manager (Workflow Colour Management and Equipment), where his responsibilities included market pricing, forecasts, inventory management, product lifecycle management and new product launches. He also held positions with Beresford Box (2005-2007 as Prepress Supervisor) and Boehmer Box (Prepress Manager from 2004-2005). His skills and experience cover colour management, prepress, digital, offset and wide-format printing, inkjet, product marketing, print management, product development and direct mail.
Zund America is a division of Zünd Systemtechnik headquartered in Altstätten, Switzerland. The family-owned company develops, manufactures, distributes and services multifunctional digital cutters for the printing, packaging, textile and leather industries.
