As Pacific Bindery (Burnaby, BC) continues to expand its professional finishing services, the company has announced that industry veteran Claus Larsen is joining its team as Manager of the company. Larsen takes the reins from Ed Kouwenhoven who’s moving to a new key manufacturing position in the organization. Larsen will partner with supervisor Rob Kondratowski and his team of highly qualified operators. Together they’ll leverage their eye for detail and manufacturing excellence for Pacific Bindery’s professional partners. Larsen will be responsible for day-to-day partner communication, estimating, scheduling and project consultations while meeting with existing and prospective clients. He’ll continue to work with Scott Gray, VP of Sales and Marketing, to serve, advocate and empower the professional print communicators of Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest.
Recently expanding with PUR Perfect Binding for medium to long runs, and iGlue Perfect Binding for custom digital runs, the company is expected to release more state-of-the-art finishing services over the next two fiscal quarters. “Our team always strives to earn our partners’ trust one project at a time,” Gray added. “We understand we all work together in a highly competitive industry. Our mandate is for fairness, transparency and clarity. If you have a tough question for us, please do not hesitate to ask us.” Pacific Bindery is Western Canada’s largest and most comprehensive trade book bindery, providing competitive, efficient and sustainable trade-finishing services to communication professionals.
