Rolland realigns its sales and marketing departments and makes key appointments

Rolland Enterprises (St-Jérôme, Quebec), the Canadian-based producer of fine recycled paper, has changed its 2016 sales and marketing structure to maintain its current momentum. The company is the market leader in the production of specialty uncoated fine papers with “the undisputed highest standards for environmental sustainability.”
It produces fine papers with biogas energy and up to 100% recycled content for many industry sectors – including security printing as well as the commercial, office, government and educational markets. Rolland’s facilities include a Paper Mill and Converting Center in St-Jérôme, Quebec as well as de-inking facilities in Quebec and Wisconsin.

Renée Yardley joins Rolland as Vice-President Commercial Sales Canada and North American Marketing. Yardley was previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing for paper at Tembec. The Canadian sales, North American marketing and Canadian customer service teams will report directly to her. She’ll be responsible for the development of sales and new fine-paper products, as well as the execution of Rolland’s marketing and communication strategy.
Normand Champagne, Vice-President Sales and Marketing, will lead Rolland’s Security Paper business. He’ll be responsible for sales, marketing and new product development for security paper, which has been a highly strategic business for Rolland for many years. This focus will help drive business growth and maximize long-term profitability, the company added.

Robert Ferragina, Vice President of Commercial Sales for Rolland Enterprises in the United States, will remain focused on U.S. sales growth, customer service and merchant development.
He has played a key role in growing Rolland’s presence in the that specific market with strategic customers, while at the same time building Rolland’s United States sales team.
Overall, the re-aligned Sales and Marketing Group will focus on three strategic areas: Fine Papers, Security Paper and Recycled Pulp.
