SA International (SAi, Salt Lake City, Utah), a leading provider of software solutions for the sign-making, digital printing and CNC machining industries, has announced the appointment of Mikki Webb as its Director of Customer Experience. The role will see Webb drive the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service, as well as assume responsibility for inside sales and technical support teams at the company’s Salt Lake City headquarters. Having worked in several customer service roles over the past 25 years, beginning with Southwest Airlines, Webb brings a vast and varied amount of experience to her new position – including several years with major U.S. e-commerce companies and six years as Senior Operations Manager at eBay. That latter post saw her responsible for sales teams spanning three continents. She also had a similar role at Wayfair, just before she joined SAi.
