Standard Finishing Systems (Andover, Massachusetts), a leading supplier of post-press and paper-handling solutions, has added two industry veterans to its field sales team. The Standard sales team provides comprehensive coast-to-coast coverage and support to Standard’s North American customer base, including Canada, as well as its partner and dealer network.
Dennis Marking is now Territory Sales Manager for the Southwestern Region. Marking has 18 years of experience in operating a trade bindery business, as well as 8 years selling folding and direct-mail solutions. “Dennis knows all facets of the finishing process,” said Standard’s National Sales Manager Paul Steinke. “His technical skills and application knowledge will bring immediate value to our customers.”
Mike Fairhurst is the new Territory Sales Manager for the New England Region. Fairhurst spent the beginning of his 30-year career in the print industry in the direct-mail and transactional space, before transitioning to selling finishing solutions for the high-speed, web-offset printing market. “Mike brings unique print production expertise and customer focus to our sales staff,” Steinke said. “We’re thrilled to add him. Standard continues to build and strengthen our sales team. Dennis and Mike will help us grow our business, and our customers will see the benefits of even stronger and more consistent field support.”
