Printing and paper specialist Paperland (Markham, Ontario) has installed a new Mutoh ValueJet 426UF UV LED Flatbed Printer from leading Canadian equipment supplier PDS (Pressdown). The ValueJet VJ-426UF is a compact A3+ Flatbed 6-colour LED UV Printer with an integrated vacuum table. Offering a print table area of 19” x 13”, the VJ-426UF enables direct printing onto objects up to 2.75” thick. The printer delivers exceptional print quality on a wide variety of solid materials and objects including ABS, Alu-board, PC, PE, PET, PMMA (acrylic), PP, PS, PVC and glass.
An energy-efficient LED UV lamp ensures ultra-sharp, safe and ready-to-use prints. Its reduced working temperatures also allow printing onto heat-sensitive substrates. The multi-purpose printer is ideal for short-run items or one-off designs of products and their prototypes – such as personalized gifts, packaging, souvenirs, awards, specialty industrial items, labels, decals, signs and so on.
Paperland offers digital, offset and large-format printing and specializes in envelopes, custom boxes, wedding and special-event invitations, posters and banners, menus, business cards and stationary, design and finishing.
