The Prolific Group installs new AMS LED-UV system on its 10-colour Komori LS 40 perfecting press.

The Prolific Group in Winnipeg, Manitoba has installed a new AMS LED-UV system on its 10-colour Komori LS 40 perfecting press. The system was sold to Prolific by Komcan Inc., located in Georgetown, Ontario – the Air Motion Systems dealer in Canada. “It’s an exciting time for Prolific. We’re strong believers in always bringing new products and technology to our clients,” said Prolific’s Tom Wilton. The Prolific Group started in 1975 as a 200-square-foot basement operation and has grown to be one of Western Canada’s largest printers. Prolific has always been a technology leader, adapting the newest technologies when they come to market.
The new AMS LED-UV system will allow Prolific to offer its clients faster turnaround times as well as different effects only possible with LED-UV technology. Prolific’s Al Alexandruk said: “Prolific has always been very conscious of taking care of our clients’ needs.
