Quebec companies merge as Paragraph acquires Kayjon

Print and digital communications company Paragraph Inc. has acquired Kayjon, a leading Quebec commercial printer. Both companies are located in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec. They’re merging “to occupy a leadership position to better serve their respective customer bases.” Kayjon’s equipment will be relocated to Paragraph’s ultra-modern facility where more than 175 professionals will share space. The new company intends to realize annual sales of about $26 million. For more than 25 years, Paragraph has been developing innovative, customized and fully integrated printing, document management and digital media solutions for its customers. Its knowledge and expertise in these fields have made it one of the best-known companies in the industry. Paragraph added that it’s leveraging its know-how and vision to position itself as a leader in the industry, which is undergoing a “profound” transition.
