Industry leaders Xaar and Ricoh have announced a strategic partnership to maximize the benefits from each company’s proven expertise in the development of Thin Film piezo printheads. The collaboration will deliver superior technology and a broader range of printheads that will provide substantial benefits to the customers of both OEM’s. Xaar’s bulk piezo inkjet technology is already used worldwide in industrial printing systems in a wide variety of applications. The first product that’s already benefited from this partnership is the Xaar 1201 GS2p5 Printhead.
