On Monday, June 1, 2020, Anajet Incorporated (Costa Mesa, California) will officially merge with its parent company, Ricoh Printing Systems America (RPSA – Simi Valley, California). All of Anajet’s current support teams, services and products will remain the same. AnaJet is one of the leading direct-to-garment digital printer manufacturers in the world. AnaJet’s Sprint garment printer and unique closed-loop digital inks are used by apparel and specialty printers globally to produce high quality decorated apparel and images.
Since Anajet was acquired by Ricoh in 2016, both companies have become increasingly more integrated. “By fully merging Anajet into its parent company, we are able to simplify collaboration between print divisions, reduce overhead and streamline our operations by consolidating our management team,” the OEMs added. “We are also completing this merger with a minimal effect on our customers. The biggest change you will see is our name. In the coming weeks, the old Anajet logo will be phased out and we will re-brand as the direct-to-garment printing division of RPSA under the Ricoh logo.”
Ricoh’s Board of Directors made the final decision on April 30, 2020. RPSA’s trade name, address, nature of business, share capital and fiscal year-end will remain unchanged after the merger. Plus, all Ricoh products, services, warranties, company contact information and business hours will remain the same – with Anajet’s full Technical Support and Customer Care teams available to provide regular services.
