The conference, which began Sunday, May 5 and runs to Wednesday, May 8 at the Indianapolis Convention Center, is viewed as an official communication venue between the United States Postal Service and leading direct-mail service providers. “Automating the print-and-mail process is nothing new for successful direct-mail providers,” said Avanti Marketing Director Kevin Shaw. “But all too often, digital systems supporting the rest of their business functions aren’t integrated.
