Xerox (Norwalk, Connecticut) has announced that Ted Dezvane will lead its Managed Document Services (MDS) organization. In this role, as part of Xerox’s commercial excellence leadership team, Dezvane will focus on expanding the company’s document services market share and helping it retain the position as “the top MDS leader in the world.”
“My goal is to extend Xerox’s leadership in the document outsourcing markets we created a generation ago,” said Dezvane. “To do this, we will keep clients and channel partners top of mind when developing new MDS innovations. By collaborating with our customers and partners, Xerox can create and deploy the next generation of document services and solutions that organizations need.” Dezvane joined Xerox in 2005 in its Corporate Strategy Office followed by assignments in North America Operations and Document Outsourcing – where he led worldwide bid operations, global pricing and contracting, and business transformation. He subsequently joined the Xerox Services Leadership Team with responsibility for strategy and portfolio management before being appointed as Xerox’s Chief Strategy Officer in 2015. In this role, he led the separation program that enabled the OEM’s spin-off of Conduent, and helped shape Xerox’s new path forward.
